Knight Frank Case Study

New Project (5).png

Knight Frank manages hundreds of commercial properties nationwide and operates with over 480 offices across 57 territories and employs more than 20,000 people, meaning they are among the most prominent corporate property management companies in the UK.

We have been working with Knight Frank for just over a year, providing concierge/reception staff and 24-hour security services. Our co-founder, Sean Keelan, had worked with Knight Frank before we formed Blue Light Group, which, of course, had a helping hand in establishing Blue Light Group as Knight Frank's current service provider. In that they could trust us to give them the best quality security services.

One of the most significant factors that they noted in choosing our security services was that we always ensure that nothing is too much trouble, and with that there is always someone available to help. This was a massive draw for Knight Frank, as companies they had worked with previously hadn't offered the same customer support level.

"An example of this is a situation that arose at our premises in Croydon; a piece of walling had come loose over the building's pavement and posed a threat to public health. Another company provided barriers to prevent people from walking under it. At very short notice, BLG were able to provide night time security to patrol the area, ensuring that the public avoided the path and ensured that the barriers weren't subject to theft”..."Being able to prepare staff at such short notice is one of the main reasons we choose to work with Blue Light Group." Jeremy Weaving - Senior Facilities Manager

Another significant factor in choosing Blue Light as their security provider was our years of police experience:.

Jeremy, added: “This experience brings a new level of professionalism that is difficult to find; other companies usually opt for an intimidation approach to security, as opposed to a professional one.”

“Another example of this was when we had to deal with a group of squatters in a derelict part of a property. We weren’t comfortable with the options presented to us by our previous providers, to remove the squatters, when we presented the situation to Sean and the team, they went through all the proper channels and prepared all the relevant paperwork in order to execute a legal eviction of the squatters.”

We aim to provide the same level of professionalism to all our clients and plan on posting a number of case studies throughout the year to highlight our good work, so keep an eye on our socials to be the first to know.

Of course, if you are interested in working with us, or would like us to review your current security or cleaning procedures, please get in touch at info@bluelightgroup.uk or call us on 0800 999 1829.
